JASPER CITY COUNCIL MEETING REMINDER

As a reminder, the Jasper City Council meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month. The meetings begin at 7pm and are held at the Council Chambers in the City Office. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend!

Location: City Shop on South Spicer Avenue
Each resident is allowed approximately 3 cubic yards (or one pickup truck bed-level full at no charge) additional loads $20/ per load.

ON AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 4 BEER, WINE, AND LIQUOR LICENSING AND REGULATION OF THE JASPER CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council on the 14TH day of May, 2025, at the City Office Council Chambers, 105 Wall Street E, Jasper, Minnesota 56144, at 7:30 pm to consider the passage of an ordinance to amend Chapter 4 Beer, Wine, and Liquor Licensing and Regulation of the Jasper City Code as follows:
The City Council of the City of Jasper does ordain:
Section 4.14, 4.34, 4.53, 4.70(3)(F), 4.71 of the Jasper City Code shall be amended and replaced as follows:
